Maya Solar

Maya, born in Israel, is an expert on regulatory compliance. She holds a graduate degree in law (LL.B.) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2003. Maya also graduated Mediation and Management courses. Maya specializes in all areas relating to the increasing compliance requirements of the world today. She ensures that she is kept up to date on all aspects of regulatory compliance, including FATCA and CRS reporting, due diligence and KYC (the “know your client” process). Maya’s expertise covers a wide range of fields, including the ongoing management of modifications to the compliance requirements of international and local financial institutions and adjustments to the recording of commercial accounts in the names of individuals, trusts and companies, and the management thereof.
