Born in South Africa, made Aliyah in 1980. David is married plus two children. He holds a UNISA in accounting, and was an a Accountant at Corex for 25 years before it was sold. David is active in deaf sports administration -chairman of Israel Deaf Sports Organisation for 12 years and chef de mission of Israel Deaf Sports teams to World Deaflympics Games several times, Vice-President of World Deaflympics 2005-2017. Keeping fit through Crossfit, hiking and travelling.
